Abstract

Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (kharismatik, transaksional, transformasional, dan visioner) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada anak Perusahan Kalla Group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada kantor anak perusahaan Kalla Group dengan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 orang yang ada di kantor pusat, maka yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua populasi atau metode sensus (sampling sensus atau sampling jenuh). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (kharismatik, transaksional, transformasional, dan visioner) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan anak Perusahan Kalla Group. Secaraparsial, semua variable berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan anak Perusahan Kalla Group, kecuali variable gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada anak Perusahan Kalla Group. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,871 yang artinya 87,10% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variable gaya kepemimpinan (kharismatik, transaksional, transformasional, dan visioner) sisanya sebesar 12,90% dipengaruhi oleh variabel - variabel lain di luar penelitianini.
