Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dan burnout pada wanita karier yang sudah berkeluarga di era industri 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional Spearman rho’ cross-sectional yang melibatkan 156 wanita karier yang sudah berkeluarga menggunakan accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala resiliensi (α = 0,962) dan skala burnout (α = 0,907). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara resiliensi dan burnout pada wanita yang sudah berkeluarga di era industri 5.0 (r = -0179; p<0,05). Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensi yang dimiliki wanita karier yang sudah berkeluarga, maka semakin rendah tingkat burnout yang dialami, dan begitu sebaliknya.
