Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan di era disrupsi dan ketidakpastian global menuntut pendekatan yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga membangun karakter, nilai personal, dan kesadaran diri peserta didik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fondasi humanistik dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan menelaah teori Abraham Maslow dan Carl Rogers melalui metode literatur review sistematis. Teori Maslow menekankan pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri, sementara Rogers menggarisbawahi peran lingkungan belajar yang empatik dan reflektif dalam membentuk individu sebagai fully functioning person. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi prinsip-prinsip humanistik ke dalam kurikulum kewirausahaan melalui strategi seperti project-based learning, self-directed learning, refleksi personal, dan mentoring mampu meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, keberanian mengambil risiko, dan ketahanan psikologis mahasiswa. Kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi gap penelitian dan implikasi kebijakan, termasuk pentingnya pelatihan fasilitator berbasis nilai dan reformasi kurikulum nasional yang mendukung pendidikan transformatif. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pendekatan kewirausahaan yang lebih memanusiakan, dengan menempatkan pengembangan pribadi sebagai fondasi dalam membentuk wirausahawan yang tangguh, empatik, dan berdaya saing.
